Photographers have been staging people in the gardens of Butterworth Center for decades. Now, we are offering expanded options for portrait photography on our grounds to capture memories for a whole new generation of Quad Citizens! A special occasion like a wedding requires a unique setting to capture the beauty of the day. By purchasing a permit, Butterworth Center & Deere-Wiman House can become that beautiful, romantic backdrop. For other special events, our Special Event Photography Permit will allow professional photographers to use our grounds for groups greater than ten. Weddings and Special Event Permits receive priority reservations.

Family photography by a professional portrait photographer also requires a permit. For family groups of ten or fewer, Group10 permits are available for purchase through PayPal. Group10 permits are good for scheduling 72 hours after the time  of purchase.
